Is the VIZR™️ panel a medical device?
The VIZR™ panel is a personal wellness device, not a medical device.
It is a wearable headset that integrates both light and sound stimulation. Light signaling is provided by uniquely configured closed-eye LEDs.
Sound signaling is integrated into the light signaling and delivered via headphones/earphones. These are not part of the delivery.
The VIZR™ panel is controlled using the original NEUROVIZR® application uploaded to a smartphone.
Is the VIZR™️ panel suitable for children?
The VIZR™️ panel is intended for adults 18 years of age and older ONLY.
Any person using a device intended for persons under 18 years of age must assume full responsibility.
Can I use the VIZR™️ panel, if I have been diagnosed with epilepsy or suffer from seizures?
No, do not use VIZR™ if you have been diagnosed with epilepsy or suffer from seizures.
Is it dangerous to open your eyes while sitting? Are LED lights harmful to my eyes?
Do not look at the flashing LED with your eyes open.
Always use the VIZR™️ with your eyes closed.
Any exposure to continuous bright light may cause irritation or discomfort.
I have headaches, dizziness and fatigue after a VIZR™️ session, is this normal?
Session with the VIZR™ may cause short-term headaches, dizziness and fatigue in some individuals.
In general, we can call such a reaction of the body as transformational pain.
Use a lower light intensity setting.
Doing a VIZR™ session when you are tired or sleepy is unlikely to give you the benefits you are looking for.
How often should I use VIZR️™️?
The frequency of use depends on our intention. The most intensive programs usually last 4-8 weeks. If we are focusing on mental health, it is recommended to slow down and improve your awareness at least once a day, which helps to relax. For programs aimed, for example, at improving sleep, protocols lasting 3 to 4 days are recommended, which should be repeated for at least 4 weeks. But the frequency can be individual and adapted to your needs.
Is it appropriate to use VIZR️™️ right after waking up?
This will probably be individual, but based on experience, it is more appropriate to sit with VIZR™️ only after morning exercise or some activity, say half an hour or an hour after waking up.
